Got a chance to get my dreamjob

I’m managing another blog here in WordPress and I admit that I want to pull my hairs out because I’m having a hard time figuring out how to put new posts in separate pages. I’ve read a lot of how-to’s and FAQ’s — saying that it’s not possible. I don’t want to accept defeat and I’d like to explore more possibilities.
